Bloomfield House Hotel customer service story featured in the Irish Times
Reception Manager Emma drove 50 miles to reunite lost luggage

Bloomfield House Hotel team member has been recognised in the Irish Times for her wonderful customer service. Reception Manager Emma drove 50 miles to return a recent guest's suitcase after they left it behind at the four star hotel on the shores of Lough Ennell, Mullingar.

Responding to Irish Times journalist Conor Pope’s Twitter call-out for ‘wonderful customer service stories’, Bernice Barrington wrote:

“Family was staying @BloomfieldHotel and between jigs and reels my mum forgot one of her suitcases. The manager drove a 2-hour round trip to return it to her. We were flabbergasted by her kindness!”

The story was published in the Irish Times and Bloomfield House Hotel and have since tweeted:
