General Manager of the Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, Conor O’Kane, has had a busy week – receiving accolades at two separate awards nights. At this year’s Docklands Business Forum Awards hosted in The Gibson Hotel, Conor O’Kane won the title ‘Docklander of the Year’.
This award honours a Docklands based individual, who has unequivocally impacted the area beyond their own business threshold, helping build communities, drive change and progress innovation positively in the local area. Conor has spent 16 years - not only successfully growing the Docklands business he leads - but also giving generously of his time and resources to the local area, creating a sense of place and community.
At the Irish Hospitality Institute Awards in the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, he was welcomed into the IHI’s ‘College of Fellows’ as one of four newly elected Fellows, in honour of his dedication and invaluable contribution to the industry. For more on the IHI Awards click here.
