David Byrne CEO of Great National Group has announced that Christopher Kenny has been appointed as their new Chief E-commerce Officer. In his role, Christopher will lead the on-going development of the e-commerce and performance marketing capabilities across the group’s brands and clients.
Christopher has held a variety of hospitality marketing roles, including strategic marketing project manager, group marketing manager and e-commerce account manager. Prior to Great National Group, he has held roles at Staycity Aparthotels, thekeycollections, Net Affinity and the Slieve Russell Hotel as well as serving on the Executive Council of the ISCF.
Responding to the announcement Christopher said, "I'm thrilled to be joining the Great National Group team, and I'm looking forward to helping deliver the services and technologies that our brands and clients need to grow their business and realise their full potential in today's omnichannel world”.
Christopher is a master’s graduate of TU Dublin with over 20 years hospitality experience. His experience includes working in a range of sales and marketing roles.
