Great National Group CEO David Byrne announced today that Nichola Deere has joined Great National Hotels and Resorts Group as Chief People Officer.

Great National Hotels and Resorts Group are delighted to welcome Nichola to their Group Executive Team to provide leadership and support to their great people and to champion the Great National People and Culture Strategy, in order to help people continue to achieve great things for all of their customers across the group.

Nichola brings 21 years of diverse operational and strategic HR experience from manufacturing, healthcare and retail industries both in Ireland and the UK, most recently with Musgrave Operating Partners of Ireland division.
