As part of their continued growth in the hospitality market, Cliste Hospitality are delighted to announce the appointment of Trevor McCarthy to the position of Group Learning & Development Manager.

Trevor joins the team from the O’Donoghue Ring Collection and before that, Trevor held positions as Programme Leader and Lecturer in the Shannon College of Hotel Management and Limerick Institute of Technology.

In this role, Trevor will create, design, and implement effective L&D programs and methods to ensure capability in the businesses through the means of their Learn, Evolve, Thrive ethos.

Commenting on the announcement, Trevor said, "I am really looking forward to my new role as Group Learning & Development Manager, and the challenges and rewards it will bring. Cliste are a dynamic team with ambitious plans, and I am keen to contribute to its development and success."
