The 4-star Carrigaline Court Hotel has been busy behind the scenes developing and expanding its food and beverage options, offering locals and residents alike even more choice in terms of dining at the hotel. The latest addition is the hotel’s new Afternoon Tea venture, Sally’s Tea Room, named in honour of Sally Collins.
Additionally, the Bistro restaurant has recently reopened for business, with sittings initially available each Friday and Saturday evenings. With a new contemporary look, modern menu, and a wide variety of wines and cocktails available for diners to enjoy in a casual setting with lounge music, it is proving popular both with residents and the Carrigaline community.
Jerry Healy, General Manager of the Hotel shared, “Having listened to feedback from customers, we have developed our food and beverage product offering accordingly, providing even more choice to our patrons. We believe the new look Bistro will be a welcome addition to the Carrigaline social scene, and we think it’s only fitting that our new Afternoon Tea Room is named after the late Sally Collins, mother to hotel owner Peter Collins”.
