Wei Wu brings a wealth of experience to her role, having graduated from Wageningen University in the Netherlands. With a background in Sales and Business Investment, Wei spent seven years in China before making her mark in the hospitality industry. Her journey began at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, where she spent seven years, initially as the General Administrator, and gradually climbed the ladder to become the Assistant HR Manager. She later held the position of HR Manager at Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort and has now returned to Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane as the HR Manager.

New Operations Manager Ralfs Grazulis has a lifelong passion for hospitality, which he nurtured while attending Riga's Technical School of Tourism and Creative Industry. Starting as a junior chef, he quickly excelled in the culinary world and later transitioned to the front of the house, gaining invaluable experience in the restaurant business. After making his mark in Ireland's hotel industry, Ralfs made significant contributions to renowned establishments such as The Morgan Hotel, The Clarence Hotel, Bonnington Hotel, and Belvedere Hotel. His dedication and exceptional work within the Dalata PLC group have paved the way for his well-deserved success story.
