Damir Huber, the new Deputy General Manager, brings with him over 15 years of expertise in guest services and food & beverage operations, having worked in various hotels around the world and at four Dalata properties. The Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane team are certain that his leadership and experience will elevate the hotel to new heights, and shape the hotel’s future alongside the dedicated team.
Dino Sarkanjac, the new Meeting and Event Operations Manager, has a passion for the hospitality industry, a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail. With over eight years of hospitality expertise, including five years within the Dalata family, he's the perfect fit for the state-of-the-art meetings and events centre.
Together, Damir and Dino form an exceptional duo, ready to bolster the hotel's accommodation and meetings and events offerings.
