The Gleneagle Hotel has launched a new Quiet Room for employees that is designed to provide team members with a space where they can recharge, engage in mindfulness and relaxation exercises, or simply enjoy a moment of silence.
“Quiet rooms reduce workplace stress and improve well-being. We have designed this space to cater to any member of our team seeking timeout from the hustle and bustle of the workplace. It is part of our ongoing commitment to creating an exceptional workplace for our employees” said Eilis Loughrey, Director of People and Culture for The Gleneagle Group.
“We hope that this addition will provide our team with a space to relax when needed, ultimately benefiting both our employees and the business.”
As part of their ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, team members at The Gleneagle Group also receive complimentary access to leisure centre facilities, access to trained mental health first aiders, social events for employees and their families, meals on duty, learning and development opportunities, and regular employee rewards for exceptional behaviour.
