Harcourt Developments and the team at Lough Eske Castle, Donegal are honoured to announce their patronage for the Young Chef Young Waiter Awards 2023 which will be held at the Titanic Belfast on 19th September 2023. The competition, which promotes hospitality as a career of choice, a profession and a vocation to a new generation, is open to all young professional chefs and waiters under 28 years of age, from any background, working in the hospitality sector on the island of Ireland.
