Grace brings over 20 years of experience from Four Seasons Luxury Hotels & Resorts alone, where she most recently held the position ‘Director of People, Culture, Learning and Talent Development’.

Grace’s role in the iNua Collection will guide the People & Culture strategy alongside the hotel leadership teams in the key areas of talent attraction, development, and retention in properties located in the Midlands, Dublin & northeast region.
