The Shearwater Hotel & Spa is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Janusz as General Manager, having previously joined the team in 2022 as Operations Manager.
Michael came to Ireland in 2004, initially working as a Manager in a Direct Provision Centre in Galway and then taking on roles with Dalata Hotel Group and Byrne Hotel Group.
Speaking about his plans as General Manager Michael Janusz said, “My aim for the Shearwater Hotel & Spa is to maintain our standards, be innovative and elevate our place within the market. My first manager used to say, ‘You are only as good as your team’ and I do have a fantastic team here. We will keep striving to provide the best possible guest experience, by delivering exceptional customer service and leaving our guests with memories that will last.”
