Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa are delighted to announce the appointment of Carmel Guihen as General Manager. A native of Co. Clare, she has had a successful career with 20 years' experience in hotel management and hospitality. Carmel will now be responsible for the management and continued success of the 5 Star Resort in Killarney.

Carmel began her career at the Doonbeg Hotel and Resort and subsequently took up a senior management position at Dromoland Castle Hotel. She then went on to be appointed General Manager of the Fota Island Resort and Spa, Co. Cork, where she gained a reputation for hard work, encouraging teamwork and was instrumental in increasing the hotel's brand image. Her passion for the industry and her high standards will be an asset in her new position at the Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa.

Carmel says she is very much looking forward to playing a role in the continued success and development of our Hotel. Her passion for customer service, attention to detail and creating a good work environment will be an asset to the Windward group.
