Windward Management are delighted to announce the appointment of Jeanine Carroll as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Cavan Crystal Hotel and Farnham Estate. Jeanine is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

After graduating from college, Jeanine lived in Boston for four years and worked for a prestigious brokerage firm where she received her Series 7 qualification to trade on the US Stock Exchange. Having grown up in the hotel industry all her life she soon decided to return to her roots to take up her first sales role in Jurys Hotel Ballsbridge.

She subsequently worked at the Mespil Hotel Dublin, Kildare Hotel & Country Club and the Radisson SAS Group - where she took on the role of Sales Manager for the new Park Inn hotel in Dundalk and also oversaw the sales team in the Park Inn hotel in Smithfield.

She was later appointed Sales & Marketing Manager for the Nuremore Hotel & Country Club in Monaghan followed by the Ballymascanlon House Hotel. Jeanine was then recruited to set up the corporate sales team for Emerald Park.

Jeanine is looking forward to her new role in the Cavan Crystal Hotel and Farnham Estate and in contributing to the continued development and success of both properties.
