The Abbey Hotel Roscommon recently hosted a very successful Festive Themed Cookery Demonstration which showcased some of the finest local food and wine suppliers in the region. The night was hosted by Abbey Hotel Executive Head Chef Alison Crean and MC for the night was Mary Claire Grealy. The event was a huge success and all those who attended took home lots of inspirational festive cookery tips from the night as well as some really impressive raffle prizes.

The success of the night was down to the fantastic support of local suppliers and all those who kindly sponsored generous raffle prizes on the night. The proceeds of €2120.00 (derived from part ticket sales and our raffle on the night) were presented in a cheque to Down Syndrome Ireland - Local Branch Roscommon.
