Last week Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane hosted its first Townhall meeting of 2024. The whole team meetings have become an integral part of developing a collaborative culture within the hotel and provide an opportunity to reflect on recent wins, recognise outstanding efforts from team members and set sights on future goals.

Catherine McGovern, Director of Sales and Marketing, presented to the team; highlighting key wins from 2023 and bringing the team up to speed with all the exciting marketing changes that are happening across the Dalata Group.

Conor O’Kane, General Manager, wrapped up the meeting with some well-deserved recognition awards. A big Clayton Congratulations to:
