With close to three decades of culinary expertise, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane as our new Executive Head Chef. Prior to joining the team, Andy served as the Executive Chef at Elephant and Castle, where he honed his skills and developed a reputation for excellence in the kitchen.
His tenure at Elephant and Castle speaks volumes about his dedication and passion for crafting exceptional dishes. Now, as part of the Cardiff Lane team, Andy is set to infuse his creativity and culinary mastery into the hotel's dining services, promising guests an unforgettable gourmet journey.
