Conrad Dublin, one of the city’s foremost 5-star hotels, is delighted to announce the appointment of Fiona Hendry as Sales Manager. Fiona brings a wealth of experience in both operations and commercial roles, including positions as a Personal Concierge, Duty Manager, Night Manager, Groups and Events Sales Executive, Sales Executive, and Sales Manager.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Fiona began her career at Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh - The Caledonian, now known as The Caledonian - Edinburgh, A Curio Collection by Hilton. She also participated in the Cultural Exchange Programme at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Fiona loves to travel and has visited destinations across Asia, USA, Europe, with Italy and Japan being her favourites. She believes in creating lasting connections and memories for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and eager to share their experiences.

Working with two multi-award-winning hotels, Fiona's ambition is to make guests want to return to Conrad Dublin not just for the destination, but for the exceptional service they receive.
