Hayfield Manor are delighted to welcome Stephen Madine to the team, joining in the role of Deputy General Manager.⁠ Stephen brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously worked in 5-star properties and luxury hospitality in Ireland, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.⁠

His career highlights include 5 years in the United Arab Emirates, where he held a senior leadership role in the pre-opening of IHGs flagship 5-star property in Dubai Marina. Stephen then went on to manage a portfolio of over 200 luxury properties with Maison Privee across Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Stephen brings strong commercial expertise, coupled with a passion for creating unique and innovative guest experiences.
