It was great to see so many members attend our Dublin IHF Fora meeting at the Conrad Hotel this week. Thank you to Colm Hilliard, Director of Work Permits Ireland who discussed key updates and best practices in relation to employment permits and Margaret Corbett from the City of Dublin ETB who spoke about training and upskilling resources for businesses and the important role they can play.

Our IHF Fora throughout the country give HR professionals within the hotels sector the opportunity to meet up, discuss best practice and to gain insight from expert speakers and colleagues in the industry. We look forward to supporting and further developing the HR Fora network over the coming months, ensuring our sector continues to deliver best in class HR practices and career development.
