Neil's illustrious journey includes transforming the Celtic Ross Hotel from a charming 3-star property to a distinguished 4-star haven, nestled along the scenic Wild Atlantic Way. Neil's extensive background also encompasses senior roles at renowned establishments such as Ashford Castle, County Mayo and Cameron House on Loch Lomond, Scotland. His tenure as Branch Chairman at the IHF Cork Branch, further showcases his esteemed position within the industry.
