Meet Jack Fitzsimons, our new Director of Sales and Marketing at The Heritage
Jack's journey in the world of hospitality began at a young age, inspired by his grandfather, Bernard Hanratty, who was a hotelier. He fondly remembers spending summers working at his charming hotel in West Cork when he was just 16, where he first fell in love with the industry's magic.
Over the years, Jack has had the incredible opportunity to explore various facets of the hospitality world, from Food and Beverage to Front Office, Guest Relations, and, more recently, Sales and Marketing in the vibrant city of Dublin, working in some of Dublin's finest five-star hotels. His journey also included invaluable management training at The Dorchester in London and Coworth Park in Ascot.
Jack is immensely proud to say that he is a graduate of DIT Cathal Brugha Street (now TUD) in International Hospitality Management. This educational foundation has been instrumental in shaping his career.
Since joining the team in September 2023, Jack has hit the ground running, promoting The Heritage as the ultimate destination of choice for guests in both the Leisure and Corporate segments.
