Trump International Hotel & Golf Links Ireland, Doonbeg is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Kirwan as Director of Human Resources. Lisa brings a wealth of experience in human resources management, with over two decades of expertise in both hospitality and corporate sectors.
Prior to joining Trump International, Lisa served as a Human Resources Partner at Baker Hughes, Shannon, County Clare and partnered with business leaders to drive seamless implementation of HR strategies and policies across the UK and Ireland. Before that, she held the role of HR Business Partner at Apex Group Ltd in Limerick, County Limerick and was responsible for driving the company’s talent growth and development strategy for the Limerick region.

Lisa's experience also includes roles at The iNUA Collection, Ireland’s largest regional hotel group, where she served as both a Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager. During her time there, Lisa was responsible for the leadership of the HR function for the Munster region and implemented key HR strategies, nurtured positive workplace environments, and fostered employee engagement across the organisation.Earlier in her career, Lisa co-owned and operated Delish Cafes, a successful hospitality business in Limerick, and held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Morrison Hotel and Thomas Read Group in Dublin.
Her extensive background includes talent acquisition and talent management, learning and development, HR legislation compliance, and employee engagement and well-being.Lisa holds a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland, a Professional Diploma in Further Education (Adult Education) from the University of Galway and a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management from Atlantic Technical University, Galway.
In her new role at Trump International Hotel & Golf Links Ireland, Lisa will lead the Human Resources department, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and enhancing the overall HR function to support the hotel’s strategic objectives.
