Windward Management is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Earley as General Manager of the Connemara Coast Hotel. A graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel Management, Paul has worked in Switzerland and held various roles in the UK including time at the London Marriott Hotel, Park Lane.

Since his return to Ireland in 2014 Paul’s positions have included Assistant General Manager at Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adare, Deputy General Manager at Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa, Deputy General Manager at Lyrath Estate and General Manager at the Dunraven Arms Hotel.
