Tatjana Erinc, Accommodation Supervisor at Harvey’s Point has been announced as the 2024/2025 Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) Donegal Branch ‘Employee of the Year’. The announcement was made at an awards lunch at Mulroy Woods Hotel, where guests gathered to celebrate and recognise nominees from hotels and guesthouses across Donegal who have made an outstanding contribution to their workplace.
Congratulating Tatjana on the award, IHF Donegal Chair, Aisling Arnold said the judges highlighted Tatjana’s ability to consistently deliver outstanding service to guests, her leadership and passion for hospitality which have made a lasting impact on both her colleagues and guests. At the event, Tim Fenn from the IHF stated “The Employee of the Year Award is a fantastic initiative for our sector and all of our nominees should be very proud of the hard work, outstanding qualities and individual skills that have led to them being celebrated here today”. Tatjana has worked at Harvey’s Point Hotel for over 14 years and currently is in the role of Accommodation Supervisor. Tatjana goes above and beyond for guests at the hotel and is known for having superb attention to detail. Her colleagues say that “Tatjana’s approachable demeanour and proactive problem-solving inspire trust and cooperation, creating a cohesive work environment that enhances overall guest satisfaction”.

The members of the IHF Donegal Branch now wish Tatjana the very best of luck as she goes on to represent them at the upcoming National IHF Employee of the Year Awards which will be held during the IHF’s Annual Conference which will take place at the Gleneagle hotel, Killarney in late February this year.
